Sanjeevini Coconut Porridge

This warm delicious porridge is a wholesome meal for someone with digestive issues. This porridge heals the inflammation in the digestive system and keeps you energetic throughout the day.

Prep Time: 20 to 25 mins
Ingredients:
4 tablespoon sanjeevini powder Buy Sanjeevini Multi grain mix
150ml water
50ml coconut milk
10 gms grated coconut or dessicated coconut
Pinch of cardamom powder
1 tablespoon jaggery
1 tablespooon toasted cashews
Method:
- Mix the sanjeevini powder with 50 ml water without any lumps.
- Heat the remaining water and add the sanjeevini mix and bring to a boil.
- Keep stirring for 10 minutes.
- Then add the coconut milk.
- Add jaggery and caradmon.
- Garnish with toasted cashews.
Notes:
Make sure you don’t boil the coconut milk as it would split. Once you add the coconut milk just keep it on heat only for 2 minutes.
